Returns & Refunds
We want you and your baby to love your magnetic swaddle! If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ve made our return process simple and digital.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your swaddle must be:

Unworn & Unwashed: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or laundered.

In Original Packaging: Please return the item with all original tags attached.

Purchased from our Site: Please provide your order number.
How to Start a Return (Easy 3-Step Process)

Request: Visit our Returns Center and log in with your email to select the item you wish to return.

Print: Once we approve your request, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Simply print it and tape it to your package.

Ship: Drop the package off at any USPS location.
Return Shipping Costs
To make things easy, we provide the return label for you. The cost of the return shipping label (typically $6–$8) will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return arrives at our home studio, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

Approved Returns: We will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the return shipping cost). You’ll receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Non-Eligible Items: If an item is returned in a condition that shows it has been washed or used, it will not be eligible for a refund. We can ship the item back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If there is a physical defect with your magnets or fabric upon arrival, please contact us at contact@nolele.com within 48 hours. In these cases, we will provide a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
