We are a small, family-run business, and we take great care in packaging your swaddles to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship all orders from our home base in Minnesota. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping over $100.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or inclement weather.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at contact@nolele.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement swaddle sent out to you immediately.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future!
