How Our Magnetic System Is Constructed

Outward-Facing Magnetic Force
A key part of our safety design is how the magnets are oriented.
- Body magnets are positioned so the magnetic force faces outward
- Hand magnets are also oriented with force facing outward
- When connected, the magnetic pull occurs away from baby’s body
This means the magnets attract each other without directing force toward baby, adding an extra layer of thoughtful engineering to the design.

These individual pockets are then embedded and sewn directly into the swaddle’s internal structure, eliminating traditional access points and preventing magnets from shifting or escaping. Our construction is specifically engineered to be tamper-resistant and withstand the rigors of frequent use.
As with any infant garment, we recommend routinely checking the seams and fabric for signs of wear. If any damage or loose stitching is observed, discontinue use immediately to ensure continued safety.

You can feel the magnets through the fabric pockets to verify they're in place, but the pockets are intentionally designed to be tamper-resistant for added safety. If you have any concerns about the integrity of your swaddle, contact us.

The magnets are securely and permanently enclosed within multiple protective fabric layers. We have independently tested Swaddle Easy through over 100 wash cycles to ensure the design remains intact and the magnetic force does not degrade during normal laundry routines.
For the best results and to protect the outer finish of the fabric, we recommend connecting the magnets before washing or placing the swaddle in a delicates bag.
